We will research, short list, complete the relevant due diligence, and negotiate on your behalf, seeing everything through until you’ve either have moved, or secured tenants for your new residence or investment property.
You locate, we negotiate
This is where you introduce a property to us that you feel is perfect for you, and we handle the negotiations. You may have viewed this property at an open home and would like assistance through the negotiation phase. We are highly skilled and trained negotiators and can not only save you thousands, but we also provide you with the best opportunity to secure the property for you within your budget.
Bidding at Auction
If you are too busy to attend an auction, located interstate or overseas, or simply concerned about the stress of the day, we can help remove this anxiety by attending and bidding on your behalf.
