2. Interview and agent selection
Once we have established our vendors circumstances and aspirations, determined their property type, explored location benefits and understand their time frame, we then match the best 2-3 agents and provide them with a client/property brief. These agents will be invited to view the property, then submit their proposal best to assist us in managing the sale. This will include proposed commission structures, marketing cost and any other unique recommendations they feel will help achieve the best outcome. Often agents have differing opinions and recommendations, which offers our vendors a diversity of options.
Once we have the proposals, we will then meet again, providing you with a detailed overview of the submissions and offer guidance to help you to make an informed decision on agent selection – a critical decision that can mean the difference of tens of thousands of dollars in your pocket.
3. Strategic marketing plan and property presentation
Realestate Help work closely with the agent of choice to personalise a strategic marketing plan specific to your property. This will include a detailed schedule, demonstrating the best time frame and strategy in which to achieve your dream result.
We will then offer specific advice on how to best present your home, and recommendations to improve the small things that make a huge difference to create that one chance at the best first impression.
4. Campaign management
Realestate Help oversee the entire process, all the way through to settlement and beyond. We keep you informed with agent and buyer feedback and make recommendations if and when required. We are always available to discuss any changes in pricing expectations and offers received during the campaign.
